Our payroll service is used by: -
- Clients who have identified suitable contractors through their own means but who do not wish them to be part of their own payroll
- Contractors looking for a company that is able to handle all the requirements of being a PAYG
How it works: -
Either a client or a contractor may request that they go through Rowben Consulting’s payroll for the duration of the contract life cycle. Rowben Consulting acts purely as a payroll provider and undertakes all administration requirements (PAYG tax, superannuation, payment slips, payment summaries) required by law.
Benefits for our clients:
- Contractor payroll is completely handled by Rowben Consulting avoiding all the administration aspects (superannuation, payroll, government payroll charges)
- Streamlined invoicing and timesheet processes
- Upfront and transparent payroll fee (contractor rate, government charges, payroll fee)
Benefits for the contractor:
- Fortnightly payroll along with fortnightly pay slips available online and for a 12 month period
- Monthly superannuation contributions into the contractors nominated super fund
- End of year payment summaries
Conditions
- Rowben Consulting are not a financial services company and we do not offer financial advice to our clients or contractors
- Rowben Consulting are not an employee of the contractor
- Contractors are only paid on signed/approved timesheets
- Clients are only invoiced with signed/approved timesheets
- The contract duration must be a minimum of 3 months
- Our payroll fee is inclusive and part of the hourly or daily rate of the contractor – not a separate invoice cost
