In 2018 she sold her business to the Finite Group and now runs the Melbourne and Sydney operations. Her experience includes driving recruitment teams to deliver strong results through the creation and development of high performing teams and service excellence.

She also has strong experience across account management, relationships management, P/L ownership and training and development of recruitment professionals.

Over the last 3 years this has been within the risk and compliance space and as a result, he is well versed in the risk and compliance market across NSW within the financial services and insurance.

Consequently, Jaimie has established personal and online networks, membership of industry and professional bodies, as well as access to a range of sourcing tools to successfully source great candidates.

Jaimie is a subject matter expert in risk across the credit, enterprise, operational risk domains regulatory compliance and financial crime and can share specialist market

knowledge of risk & compliance hiring trends to ensure you attract and retain the best talent at the appropriate remuneration.

Coincidently, he has worked on a large Risk & Compliance project with one of the major local banks to improve, and influence their risk appetite, and maturity with his vast candidate network.
